The village is surrounded by picturesque countryside and the nearby Sava River. The most prominent feature of the village is a well-preserved Renaissance-era castle (a 5-minute drive / 24-minute walk from the property) that dates back to the 16th century. The region is also known for its vineyards and wine production. Visitors can explore the local vineyards, sample regional wines and experience the viticultural traditions of the area. Vino Simon is a 6-minute drive away and Vinska klet in repnica Najger, in the nearby Bizeljsko area is an 8-minute drive away. For active holidays the region offers a tranquil setting for outdoor activities like hiking and cycling.
