Important Resort Pass and Property Rules El Dorado Ranch strictly regulates entry and community facility access, so please review these registration, vehicle, and deposit rules carefully prior to your arrival: * Maximum Occupancy: The maximum allowable occupancy is strictly enforced at a total of 6 guests. This absolute count includes both adults and children, and violations are rigorously monitored by resort management. * Pool Pass Restrictions: This rental property comes with a maximum of 4 swimming pool passes only. Children aged 12 and under do not require a pass to enter the facility gates. Please note that if a group of 6 adults registers to stay, exactly 4 adults will be permitted inside the pool enclosures at any given time due to strict resort limits. * Pool Pass Hours and Arrival Planning: Resort passes are issued directly to guests by the resort administration office, which operates daily until 4:30 PM. If you arrive after 4:30 PM, you will still be able to access your rental home as usual, but you will not be able to access the pool facilities on your arrival evening. You must simply pick up your passes from the resort office the following morning. * Complex Barbecue Fire Safety Clarification: Due to strict community fire danger regulations, the resort does not permit the use of standalone charcoal or gas barbecue grills directly at the condo units. To accommodate outdoor cooking, a dedicated community grilling station featuring 8 built-in public barbecues has been set up away from the condos, located about a scenic 10-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can take advantage of the professional barbecue services offered on-site at the resort's Pavilion restaurant. * Off-Road Vehicle (OHV) Restrictions: Off-road vehicles (including ATVs, UTVs, and dirt bikes) are strictly no longer permitted within the La Ventana del Mar section of El Dorado Ranch where this rental is located. A strict exception is made only for registered race teams participating in major sanctioned events. Recreational riders are encouraged to contact us to rent a home on the mountain side of El Dorado Ranch where off-roading is fully permitted. * Refundable Security Deposit: A strict 100 dollar security deposit is required upon arrival. Please note that this deposit is not included in your baseline rental amount and must be processed on a credit or debit card at check-in. Upon your departure, this entire amount will be fully refunded back to your card, provided there is no damage to the property and no missing inventory items. Check-In Information and Fees Our standard check-in hours run between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
