The Guest agrees to pay for Flea Fumigation at a time during or at the end of their stay should it be required or requested by the Lessor/Lessor’s Agent to be carried out by a Company complying with Australian Standards. 6. The Guest agrees to pick up any droppings made by the pet/s or their guests/pets before departing the property ensuring the waste is tied up in a sealed bag and disposed of in the outside bins provided.
