Please arrange for linens in advance. Linens are $35.00 per bed which includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, 2 bath towels, and 2 washcloths. Hand towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels are not provided. Linens will NOT be available upon your arrival if not ordered in advance. The unit would only come furnished with comforters, pillows, and blankets. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit the day of your arrival and may arrive after you check in to the property. The beds will not be made. Please also note that toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are not provided. A valid Visa or Mastercard must be placed on file with Elliott Beach Rentals for incidentals. The minimum check-in age is 25. There may be security cameras in the common areas of the condominium complex such as the hallways, parking area, and pool area that are not owned or controlled by Elliott Realty, Inc. nor the owner of the condo. The guest will check in at our rental office to collect their key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our Check-in hours are between 3pm-5:30pm (7pm in summer). You will receive a text message notification within that window once your unit has been cleaned and is ready for check-in. We rent to families only. House parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are prohibited. Violation of this will result in eviction.
