The space The amazing main residence has a beautiful coastal style open plan living area with full kitchen, dining and lounge with slow combustion fire place, opening out onto a spacious deck and overlooking the most magnificent views of Rosedale Beach and Jimmies Island. Two outdoor entertaining areas with BBQ, outdoor shower and private beach access make this the ultimate beachside getaway. There are super comfortable queen beds in each room as well as an additional set of bunk beds in the third bedroom. Full linen and bath towels are included for your stay. The main home has a master bedroom with an ensuite, two additional bedrooms, a main bathroom and laundry and comfortably sleeps 6 adults or a family of 8. There is an additional exclusive luxury one bedroom studio apartment on a separate lower level with its own entrance and amenities and is available to book separately or as part of the entire home. Guest access Reservations for couples or groups up to 6, or families up to 8, will have the entire main residence to themselves. The studio apartment with separate access and facilities may be booked separately and guest would only share the driveway and parking areas, outdoor shower and beach access. For groups of 8 adults the entire home as well as the luxury studio apartment will be made available as a complete package. The one bedroom apartment has its own kitchen and living area, queen bed and ensuite as well as it’s own private patio with views equaling the main residence. Other things to note Only a 2 min drive to Malua Bay with surf lifesaving patrols, cafe's, deli, supermarket, bottle shops, markets, community events and children's playground. Stay in Rosedale for the cliff top and beach walks or walk the rock pools to hunt for sea glass and shells. A 15 minute drive to Batemans Bay with all this regional centre has to offer including shopping, pubs, clubs, movie cinema, waterfront dinning and children's activities including the state of the art Aquatic and Arts Pavilions. Hike into the Buddawang National Park and conquer Pigeon House mountain or take an overnight trip and challenge yourself to summit The Castle. If water sports is more your thing ski and board in the pristine Clyde river, SCUBA dive or whale and dolphin watch via boat or from shore, sun bake and surf the many beaches and breaks on this magical section of the Australian Coast.
