Offering an open plan living & dining area + covered patio with outdoor furnishings. Your well-behaved dog is welcome to join! Please advise us if you are bringing a pet + age & breed when booking. Note: the grounds are not fenced & your pet will need to be supervised. Pets must not be left alone @ the premises. The space The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a great holiday - electric oven & grill, gas cooktop, microwave, pod-style coffee machine, fridge/freezer & dishwasher! To the rear of the house, all 3 bedrooms are spacious & have built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom along with bedroom 2 both have comfy queen beds. The 3rd bedroom offers two single beds. All bed linen & bath towels are provided The family bathroom offers a full sized shower, bathtub & wc. Guest access Off street guest parking for your car & boat is provided in the driveway and single carport. The entire house is available to guests with the exception of a locked off supply storage cupboard. For your arrival, we would be happy to meet you at the property (business hours Monday-Friday & Saturdays until 3pm) or simply leave keys available for you in the lock box located at the property. Please let us know your preference. Other things to note Note: the grounds are not fenced & pets will need to be supervised. Pets are not permitted on furnishings & must not be left alone @ the premises. A $55.00 pet fee applies - per pet, per stay. *If you wish to bring a pet, please let us know at the time of booking. Pets are not able to be left unattended at the property for long periods of time - this is due to dogs howling all day when left in a strange new environment & as a result upsetting the neighbourhood. 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘀; Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you plan on bringing a pet. A fee of $55 is payable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. You must bring all supplies for your pet. Bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc. Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedroom areas. 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁; A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at Seas the Day Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings.  𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀; Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund minus the booking fee. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days before the start will receive a 50% refund. The booking fee is not refundable. Upon cancellation, if within the cancellation policy’s time frame, if the guest has paid for their booking via card, the guest will receive their set refund minus card payment processing fees. 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀; must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 6 persons including adults & children.
