Guest access This property is two units, and you’ll be renting the Upstairs Unit 🏡. The Upstairs Unit is completely private and inaccessible from the Downstairs Unit, which is also an Airbnb. ☆ Shared Space ☆ Each unit has its own private outdoor dining area 🍴, but some of the outdoor amenities are shared with guests staying in the lower unit, if it’s booked during your stay. ☆ Stay Comfortable ☆ Make yourself at home! 🛋️ Your hosts are just a call or text away 📱 if you have any questions or need recommendations for nearby activities. ☆ Parking Instructions ☆ 🚗 Please park directly in front of the house or directly across the street. Do NOT park in front of the side neighbor’s house. ☆ Keyless Entry ☆ The unit is accessible via a secure, smart lock🔒, keyless entry system. Your door code will become available prior to check-in: 1️⃣ Simply enter the code to unlock. 2️⃣ Wait a few seconds before opening the door/allow it to operate. 3️⃣ When leaving, simply press the lock button to secure the door. Other things to note 🗑️ Trash Day: **Trash is collected every Friday morning or occasionally on Saturday. **Please place the trash bins at the curb on Wednesday or Thursday and return them to the black square by the garage by Saturday afternoon. 🛠️ Scheduled Maintenance: Hot tub maintenance: The crew visits every Tuesday. Please avoid using the hot tub for 6 hours after cleaning, per the cleaning company’s guidelines. Lawn Care & Landscaping: This crew visits every week, typically on Wednesday. They do not need access to the home, only the garage which is not accessible via the house and is reserved for maintenance and owners storage only. 🌡️ Smart Thermostat: The home is equipped with Nest smart thermostats, which can be adjusted by turning the dial left or right. We’ve set a comfortable temperature range that guests can adjust within. This helps ensure consistent comfort throughout the house while also protecting our HVAC system. We have both a service contract and a manufacturer warranty in place, and adjusting the system beyond the preset limits could void that coverage. If you’d like the temperature adjusted beyond the current range, just send us a quick message. We’re happy to assist remotely if needed. The system is typically set to maintain the home around 70°F for everyone’s comfort. 🏡 Respect the Neighborhood: This home is located in a residential area, so it’s important to be respectful of both the neighbors and guests in the downstairs unit. No parties, please! If you’re unsure if your group fits this policy, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help clarify. 📹 Safety Notice: For your security, there are cameras installed outside the property. There are no cameras inside the house. 🚭 Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited both inside the home and in the hot tub. Violations of this rule will result in a minimum fine of $500. ⏰ Check-Out Policy: Last-minute or unapproved late check-outs will result in a $300 late check-out fee or 20% of the total reservation cost, whichever is greater.
