Alum Chine Beach House is a collection of 6 luxury apartments located moments from the Bournemouth Beach and its glorious 7 miles of Golden Sand. Each apartment is finished to a very high standard with high quality furnishings throughout, en-suite shower rooms with rain-head showers and kitchens including all the facilities to prepare anything for a light breakfast through to a full evening meal. The space This is a luxury one-bedroom self-contained apartment with an open plan kitchen, bedroom and bathroom (30 sqm) on the second floor of the Alum Chine Beach House. The kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The bedroom has a double-sized bed with feather duvet & pillows. Fresh towels are provided. This apartment runs from one side of the building to the other on the second floor with a view onto a quiet residential road from the bedroom while the open plan lounge opens onto the leafy chine. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in rain-style shower. Fresh towels and linen are provided and for stays longer than 7 days the towels will be replaced. Pets are allowed although you must notify us in advance and there is £20 additional fee, per pet Foldaway Bed provided at a £15 additional fee Guest access Free wifi, freeview TV with access to DVDs, books and games from the communal spaces where guests are welcome to relax. There are 5 off-road parking spaces that are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. If there are no spaces then parking on the street is free of charge and perfectly safe. Alum Chine Beach is approximately a 5 minute walk while Westbourne is approximately a 10 mins walk away. Bus stops are a minute walk away giving you access to Bournemouth, Chirstchurch, Burton, Sandbacks, Poole and Swanage Other things to note There is a utility room with washer and drier for guest use - free of charge. Fresh linen and towels (with hair dryer) are included. For stays longer than a week a full service is included. A mid-week service (fresh towels) is done for stays of a week.
