An enclosed courtyard around a dovecote for long summer dinners. Games room with table tennis and table football in the neighbouring barn. Pierrefonds castle is 7 km away, with Compiègne forest all around. The space THE HOUSE A library lounge of about 60 m² with a pool table, a piano and a fireplace, a 60 m² dining room with family furniture and a kitchen equipped for fifteen, which has kept its old pantry. Winter evenings are spent by the fire. THE BEDROOMS Six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Forêt, Évasion, Sérénité, Intemporelle and Insoumise have 180 × 200 beds. The Nature room, about 60 m² on the ground floor, sleeps five: a 180 × 200 bed, a 160 × 200 bed and an extra bed. OUTSIDE The enclosed courtyard and its dovecote, lit up at night: the perfect place to lay a table for fifteen. South-facing terrace, pétanque court, three garage spaces. LARGE GROUPS L’Instant La Vue (15 guests, heated indoor pool) is in the same courtyard: together the two houses sleep 28 to 30. With Instant Nature, the whole estate sleeps up to 40. THE STORY L’Instant was created by a French-Belgian couple, a farmer and a lawyer, who wanted to recreate the family houses of their childhood: a place where everyone gets together for a weekend. Guest access The whole house is yours: lounges, kitchen, bedrooms, courtyard and terrace. The games room in the barn (table tennis, table football) is shared with L’Instant La Vue.
