The open-plan living room is outfitted with comfortable, contemporary furnishings and original artwork. The modern kitchen is kitted out with everything for family dining or entertaining. The gated property is in an exclusive neighborhood and surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is just moments from the pristine sable-sand beach of Voutakos, an enclave for azure waters and brilliant sunsets. The villa has plentiful parking, both in the driveway at the door of the villa as well as an in a detached carport—all private. Other things to note The villa is family friendly with toys and games for the kids, and we can provide a crib and highchair upon request. Weekly rent includes one housekeeping visit. More frequent housekeeping and cooking services available for an additional fee. Also: rest assured that due to covid precautions we leave a 72-hour interval between guests for thorough disinfection.
