NO CHILDREN UNDER 12 No Smoking, Vaping or Pot No food or drinks in the bedroom (water is ok) there’s other places to eat. Pool area closes at 9.30pm. I have a small dog he won’t bother you and he’s allergy friendly. Bathroom maybe shared with other guest if both rooms are booked. Walmart is at the end of the street within walking distance. Very quiet neighborhood. The space Outside lanai and pool can be used by guests. Pool towels are provided and are kept outside in the pool area. You can eat outside or inside at the table or island (no food/drinks in the rooms) Laundry available to guest that book 3 days or longer. Guest access Guests can use pool and pool area. Kitchen and dining table, or eat at the kitchen island. There’s a full size fridge on the patio for guest use. During your stay I’m always available to my guests as I live on the premises, if I leave I’m available by text or call. Other things to note NO CLEANING FEE!! Home is on a quiet street and sits on a canal, pool area is open from 7.30am until 9.30pm to guests. This room has sliding glass walkout door to pool area.
