El Solei is a beautiful ground floor house located 2 km. from Banyoles lake, in a natural and very sunny setting. It can accommodate a group of 10 to 14 people with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has got high speed internet, air conditioning, a large wooden covered porch with barbecue which is ideal for eating outside all year round, private pool, playground with swings, basketball hoop, initiation climbing wall, wooden house with a kitchenette, closed garage for two or three cars,.... The space Le Solei is a ground-floor vacation home that can accommodate 8 to 14 people located in a natural environment. It has 5 bedrooms with views of nature (one bedroom is equipped for wheelchairs), 3 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee maker and another coffee maker, blender, toaster...), a dining room with exit to the garden, a living room with fireplace, TV, DVD, satellite TV, radio-CD, heating and high-speed internet. At home there are four air conditioners distributed throughout the house to have a pleasant temperature inside the house in summer. It doesn't matter if it's spring or fall or if it's cold or hot to enjoy the large 1000 m² garden which has swings, a slide, table tennis, a basketball hoop, a small wooden house with a kitchen inside for children, a beginner's climbing wall, a large 80 m² covered wooden porch with a barbecue ideal for eating all year round, garden furniture with 12 deckchairs for lounging, a private garage for cars with an electric car charger and a large 10 x 5 m private pool with salt water.
