Our space has a kitchen, living room with TV, laundry, microwave and is located just a few steps from the Jaraguá mall. The great advantage of staying here is enjoying the amenities of a professional flat while paying the AirBNB price. The space This is a complete apartment at Flat Number One in Indaiatuba. You can enjoy the condominium's amenities, such as an indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym, all available for your use at no additional cost. Included services include free valet parking and cable TV, both at no additional cost. But it's best to have the security and organization of a hotel. BREAKFAST Our guests can have breakfast (very good!) offered at the hotel itself if they wish. The amount (R$30/person per day) is NOT included in the daily rate and is paid separately at reception. NOTES In the flat you will find sheets and pillowcases. Bath and face towels are NOT offered. The apartment does NOT have a stove because it is not allowed in the entire Number 1 condominium, but we have a microwave oven for meals during your stay. The mattress is queen size, not separable into two singles. Guest access You will be able to use all the common areas of the hotel. Enjoy!
