This 3 bedroom home comfortably accommodates 6 guests and with a fully fenced yard, it is perfect to bring your dog along too. Happy Dayz offers 3 bedrooms – master with queen bed, second bedroom with queen bed and third bedroom with 2 single beds. The third bedroom (single beds) has air-conditioning and the other two bedrooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen is very spacious and offers everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays with oven, cooktop, microwave, large fridge/ freezer and plenty of bench and storage space. The air-conditioned loungeroom is comfortably furnished and offers smart Tv with unlimited Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing after a big day in the sun. The open plan living, and dining area opens up to a very spacious covered patio, complete with second dining table and lounge setting. The fully fenced grassy backyard offers a safe and private place for kids and dog to play. There is a spacious bathroom with separate shower & bath and one separate toilet. Plus laundry with washing machine and dryer. Happy Dayz offers relaxed atmosphere with indoor/ outdoor living and dining areas, cool tiled floors throughout and modern, tasteful décor, plus secure gated fence and off street double carport. Pet friendly property for up to two dogs only (no cats or other pets permitted). Dogs must not be left at the property unattended and all attempts must be made to minimise barking. Everything you need for perfect holiday fun is close by - 600m (8 min walk) to Palm Beach Parklands, flagged patrolled surf beach and off-leash dog beach, 400m (5 min walk) to Laguna Lake Playground, 750m (9 min walk) to restaurants, shops and cafes, 400m to Farmers Markets and Aquatic Centre, 750m to skateboard park, 800m to Currumbin Creek boardwalk, paddle boarding and second off-leash dog beach, 700m to boat ramp, 800m to the Boatshed Currumbin, 850m (11min walk) to Pines Shopping Centre & Library, 4 min drive to Currumbin Alley Surf School and Currumbin Rock, 3 min drive to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, 4 min drive to Currumbin Beach Vikings Surf Life Saving Club, 15 min walk to popular restaurants and bars such as Collective Palm Beach & Balboa Italian; 8 min drive to Tallebudgera Creek & Burleigh Keys are to be collected from a lockbox at the property and further information will be provided. Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. Linen Linen - Linen including bath towels are provided and beds have been made up in preparation for your stay (for applicable properties, trundle & sofa beds will not be made up and linen will be left at the property if required) Key Collection Keys will be available from the lock box at the property. Further details will be provided prior to your arrival. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys are to be left at the property as per instructions on your Welcome Letter. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
