Can Xargay is a millenary Catalan holiday villa located 2 km away. de l'Estany de Banyoles with capacity for a group of 12 to 16 people. It has a private heated pool with whirlpool, fiber optics (high speed internet), barbecue, wellness room where wellness treatments are offered, equipped kitchen, games room with ping-pong table, table football, dart board , kitchenette, porch with barbecue, fireplace ... The space The whole villa is for a group from 12 up to 16 people (if there are children/babies, it's possible to increase up to 18 people, with an additional cost). The house has got eight beautiful bedrooms (one is adapted for handicapped people), six bathrooms, a large kitchen - dinning room with a fireplace and well equipped (induction hob, dishwasher, 2 fridges, 2 coffee machines, oven, microwave, juicer, mixer, toaster. ...),, a spacious living-room with TV satellite (international channels) and DVD, a reading room, a games room (a football table, a tennis table, another football table and games for children,...), a wellness room, high-speed internet-wifi, central heating... Besides there are three air conditioning machines distributed throughout the house to have a good temperature inside the house in summer. Outside, there is a covered porch with a barbecue which is ideal for eating outside all year round, swings for children, an electric car charger and a nice heated private swimming-pool with an hidromassage bench only for you, you don't have to share it. **There is a fee in case you want the heated swimming-pool and it depends on the month. The swimming-pool is closed in December, January and February.** There is a basketball hoop a 1-minute walk from the house and indoor paddle courts 2-minute walk from the house. Besides, next to the holiday villa there is the greenway that connects the house with Banyoles Lake, ideal for hiking or cycling. The holiday home Can Xargay can be accessed by public transport (the bus stop is only a 5-minute walk from the house). There is a direct line by bus with Girona and Barcelona. The house is regulated by the Catalan Tourism Authorities with the number PG-205. Guest access • Special for children families: We have high chairs, baby beds, beds handrails, safety doors on the stairs, games and toys, fenced swimming-pool, enclosed garden... • Bikefriendly: Safe space to store the bicycles, information of bus schedules, bicycle workshop located 500 meters from the house for important repairs, bike rental, inflator pump, bicycle basic repair toolset, possibility of transfers and hire a guide, cycling routes information in the region. • Others: There is also a clothesline and clothes pegs, air conditioning and fans (in summer), a frying pan and a frying pan for outdoor cooking, bed linen, towels, swimming-pool towels (in summer), hair dryer, toilet paper, cleaning staff, wood for the fireplace and the barbecue, tablets for catching fire, dishwasher soap, kitchen paper, garbage bags, napkins, rackets and balls for the ping-pong table, balls for the football table, first aid kit... • Health, Beauty and Wellness: Can Xargay brings you closer to the senses world through a wide range of relaxing therapies where time will stop and your senses lead you to an exotic world of sensations. For this reason, we have received the Ecostars certification for our firm commitment to ecology and we have adopted the following measures in Can Xargay: • ENERGY SAVING: - The electric power supplied to the house and also to heat the pool's water comes from 100% sources of renewable origin. - The appliances are with energy use A. - The lighting both inside and outside are made with light bulbs and / or low consumption. - The bedrooms have an automatic intelligent heating or air conditioning switch-off system with the window open. When the window closes, the air conditioning system restarts. • RECYCLING - We encourage the selective selection of trash in the following fractions: glass, paper, plastic and organic matter.
