Frame Farm enjoys an idyllic position in a peaceful, rural valley below the pretty village of Benenden in Kent’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Set in 22 acres of rolling sheep pasture, our 6 Weaver's Cottages have been refurbished to the highest standards throughout and now provide luxurious accommodation. This magnificent, sustainably-run building stands in celebration of the Wealden cloth trade that once dominated this part of Kent. The space The six cottages have been finished impeccably and are tastefully decorated with a mix of modern and classical furnishings that offer elegance, comfort and luxury. Our 4 x two-bedroom cottages feature a delightfully designed open plan living area, with floor to ceiling glass windows and doors, lead up to two stylish bedrooms. We also have 2 x luxurious one-bedroom cottages, one with a contemporary 4 poster bed and en suite bath and shower room; the second, with a decadent verdigris copper bath in its bedroom (and en suite shower room). All bedrooms are furnished to a high standard with your comfort in mind and with dressing tables and hairdryers provided. The Byre is also available for your use so you and your guests can all dine and relax together. It features classically elegant decor and all-encompassing views of the valley and across the pond, It has a 6 seater sofa set as well as dining table, benches, and a large terrace. Weaver's Cottages' South facing terrace is perfect for an alfresco drink, or enjoy a BBQ whilst watching the sun set down the sheep valley from The Byre’s terrace. For parties and events (with an additional cost): The Oak Barn, a magnificent grade II listed barn provides the perfect venue. The barn is licensed for civil ceremonies and civil partnerships and can seat approximately 135 guests for formal dining with additional capacity for evening receptions. The gardens have been planted with care and consideration to give them a delicate, natural feel that is in keeping with our wider environment. Grasses and ferns provide shelter and texture, while perennials offer vibrant colour throughout the year. The lily pond is the ideal retreat for some peaceful reflection accompanied by the relaxing sound of the waterfall.
