An air mattress could also fit into the office if there are more than 4 adults staying. The basement has another smart TV and living area, game area, including a popcorn machine. This quaint neighborhood is gaining interest from real estate investors. It is near an ADM plant which employs many in Lincoln. It is also very close to 2 elementary schools and the bourgeoning Haymarket and Railyard districts. There is one parking spot onsite behind the house. You get to this parking spot through the alley. The driveway is gravel and a bit steep making it trickier in the winter months when it is covered in snow. There is also additional on-street parking. There is a bus stop at 9th and South street. Pharmacy and grocery shopping is within walking or biking distance. My husband and I also own a ServiceMaster Clean franchise which specializes in janitorial contracts for businesses. I use our team to clean our short term rentals. When turning over the property to a new guest my housekeeper does a preventative cleaning and has been trained on our preventative cleaning process. After doing a normal cleaning, s/he sanitizes high touch points like light switches, faucets, handrails, etc. Sanitizing uses a process of spraying the surface with a product that meets EPA criteria for use against SARS-Cov-2.
