Stable Cottage is situated in a peaceful countryside location but within a 10 minute walk from the lovely market town of Kingsbridge. The house has a large kitchen/ dining living area with far reaching views across the valley. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms with a cosy snug to relax in front of the tv or fire. There is also a pod in the garden which sleeps two in single beds. The mature walled garden has two decking areas, one with a hot tub, with plenty of seating. The space The house is a mix of contemporary and old with several places to relax in and enjoy the tranquility of the area. There is plenty of parking on the driveway and the house sits away from the road. Other things to note Well behaved dogs are always welcome as long as they keep off the furniture. An extra charge of £20 per dog is required.
