Features include central heating/cooling with digital thermostat, full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker (both single serve and full size), self-cleaning range/oven, full size refrigerator, cable TV and Wi-Fi and printer. The Apartment is well maintained and completely furnished modern furnishings; new mattresses, pillows, etc. We also provide amenities for our smallest guest. The Master has Queen bed, 43 inch TV, walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. All bedrooms have alarm clock with USB charging ports on the face of the clock. The Serta sofa in living area converts to full sized bed as well. Extra pillows, sheet sets and blankets available. All pillows and mattresses protected with mattress and pillow protectors. The bathroom has full sized tub/ shower combo. Plenty of linens; towels and washcloths. BBQ grill. Single dog is limited to small/medium breeds, with prior approval. There is a pet fee Electronic lockbox provides quick, easy and anytime access. Your access code will be provided an hour prior to your arrival. If for some reason you do not receive it, please contact us or text us asap, and we'll provide your access code. You may occupy the cottage at 2 pm on the date of your visit.
