This is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that is beachfront on the Gulf of Mexico. You can't get much closer to the beach than this. Sit on the balcony that look directly at the sand and waves and watch the dolphins play! Amazing views of the Gulf from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The kitchen has soft close cabinets, quartz counter tops, smooth surface stove, over-the-range microwave, and dishwasher. No carpet in this unit - tile throughout. The space The complex has a swim through indoor/outdoor pool, jetted hot tub, grilling area, covered and open parking, and shaded picnic area. Other things to note FYI - The cleaning fee is listed as $150. It is actually $120 for the cleaning fee and $30 for a parking pass. You must have a parking pass to park at the complex and Airbnb doesn't let me separate this charge. If you will be arriving in 2 vehicles and will need an extra parking pass, let me know when you book and I will invoice you for an additional $30 for the extra pass.
