The space The bright and spacious 54 sq m accommodation is composed of; a comfortable bedroom with double bed (160x200), equipped with two bedside tables with night lamps, wardrobe, and a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined, equipped with two bedside tables, night lamps, and wardrobe, bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The bathroom with shower cabin, hairdryer, toilet, sink with mirror and cabinet, bath towels, two per person are provided (changed weekly). The living area has a sofa bed for two people, coffee table, flat-screen satellite TV, dining table with six seats, an equipped kitchenette; with electric ceramic hob (4 hotplates), refrigerator with freezer area (10 l), oven, microwave, coffee machine, mocca, kettle, pots, plates, and cutlery. From the living area the exit to the covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden. The comfortable terrace is equipped with a garden table and four chairs where you can enjoy coffee in the morning or spend relaxing moments with friends in the evening. Guests have at their disposal for shared use the swimming pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, outdoor shower, barbecue and garden table with Istrian stone benches, the games room for children and adults with pool table, ping-pong table, table football, flat screen TV, sofas and armchairs. The property is fenced, free public parking is located near the residence (50m). In the structure, on request, a shared space is available with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Upon request, guests will receive a valid passport from the owner for entry to the Lanterna tourist village. The grocery store, church, restaurant, park, parking, pharmacy within a radius of 100-250 m. The tourist train station is 50 m from the property. The train takes you to the beaches (of sand, gravel, and rocks) of the Lanterna tourist village which is located 3 km from the house. The price of a ride per person 10 hrk is approximately € 1.40. Very close to the racetrack, tennis courts, and equestrian center. The port of Santa Marina where you can buy fresh fish directly from local fishermen just 3.4 km away. Guest access Guests have shared use of the swimming pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, barbeque, outdoor shower, stone table with benches in the garden, public parking near the house, games room, and laundry on request. Other things to note * Pets are not allowed. * Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside. * We kindly ask our guests: - to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discretely, especially at night or during the afternoon rest, - for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation, - to use the equipment of the accommodation with caution - to leave the containers empty and to wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils, - to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure, - to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys. * The accommodation must be left free by 10.00 on the last day of stay. * Custom transfers are possible (example: airport - accommodation, ...)
