Joe Creek Inn- Unique Home

Very unique park like setting on a creek and has beach access The space Joe Creek Inn is in Pacific Beach and is a one of a kind home that sits on a half of an acre park like setting. It is on a creek with  beach access.  You can watch the tides change from the wrap around deck and have nice family gatherings in the huge yard with a fire pit.The kitchen and living room are open concept perfect for group gatherings. The first level is handicap accessible with wide hallways and the bathroom has a roll in shower with grab bars. There are a few steps to get into the house, there is not a ramp for a wheelchair. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor with a full bath and a half bath. The loft area upstairs has 3 twins and a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath are all on the second floor with ocean views. Dogs ok with an additional fee, no cats, No Smoking Other things to note There is a 2 night minimum stay, 3 nights during the holidays. All homes have a cleaning fee. You must be 25 years or older to reserve and stay at any of our Condos or Beach Houses. The person who reserves must be present at check in. This property does allow dogs. The charge is $25 per pet per night plus tax. This charge would be due at check in airbnb does not collect pet fees. (no cats)
