Sleeping arrangements Three bedrooms offer space for up to 9 guests, with 4 beds thoughtfully arranged to accommodate families and groups. Fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and in-unit laundry with a free washer and free dryer help keep your stay comfortable and convenient. Two baths with bathroom essentials provide room for everyone to get ready with ease, whether you are heading out early or winding down for the night. Safety and peace of mind Exterior security cameras on the backyard and driveway, along with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher, are in place to support a secure stay. Located just five minutes from Disneyland, this Anaheim home offers a comfortable base for families and groups who want close access to the parks while having a welcoming space to return to at the end of each day. Available for Rent - Premium Single Strollers, Double Strollers, and Double Strollers with Triple Attachment Beach Gear (upon request and subject to availability) Guest access We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2-day gaps in our calendar. Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee. Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note You must be 25 years or older to book. City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage etc.) are off limits during this time. Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record sound. 2 vehicles MAX in attached garage. Must not encroach unto sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation. Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee. Max occupancy is 9 guests total including infants (6 adults max). There is a 3-night minimum stay. We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property.
