House in Sal | near surf beaches

This three-storey town house is located close to beach at the east end of Santa Maria. It has a private garden and a large roof terrace. The house is located close the surfing beaches. The space Inside the house... The house accommodates 4 people and includes 1 double bedroom with king size bed and 1 small bedroom with full size single bunk beds. On the ground floor there is an open plan living room, including a comfortable sofa, dining table and chairs and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering including electric hob, microwave and refrigerator. The dining table seats four and there is also an outside table that seats four. There are fans in all rooms. The bathroom has a powerful shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet. Outside the house... There is a small private garden with patio area, where the outside table is located. The large roof terrace looks towards Kite Beach and the hills beyond. A short walk brings you to the beach and there are two small shops close by that sell the basics. Your stay includes everything on the inventory (available on request) including bedding and house towels. Please bring your own towels to use on the beach. Also included is laundry (of bedding & towels), electricity and water. There is WIFI using a portable MiFi router (extra charges). You may also add a selection of activities, such as surfing, kite surfing, diving and island tours as optional extras. Guest access Guests will have access the the entire property, including the garden and roof terrace, except for an owners cupboard on the top floor. Other things to note Cape Verde Tourist Tax is payable by all adults over the age of 16. The cost is €2.50 per person, per night, to a maximum of 10 nights. This will be collected by the House Manager on arrival.
