The space ****THIS IS A PRIVATE ROOM WITH PRIVATE BATHROOM*** In your room, you'll find a comfortable 10" memory foam bed with fresh linens and all the necessary amenities for your convenience, including: hairdryer, iron, towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper We also provide a welcome kit that includes some food. We provide high-speed wifi (300 Mbps) and a designated workspace in each room, perfect for your home office needs. In our accommodation, we want you to immerse yourself in a calm and restful environment, which is why we have chosen not to have televisions in the house. In addition to your room, you'll have access to a spacious and beautiful living area where you can relax and create special memories. Our fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances such as: microwave, blender, and fridge. ( All we ask is that you keep the space clean and tidy) We offer complimentary parking, allowing you to park your vehicle safely and conveniently. During your stay, you'll have access to all common areas of the house, including the living room, dining room, and backyard, where you can relax and enjoy the Austin weather. If you need any assistance, feel free to ask. Guest access Guests can access all areas of the house except other guest's rooms. Common areas that guests can access include the living room, dining room, and backyard. All guests will be provided with a 4-digit passcode to open the front door right before arrival. If you have any issues, feel free to reach out to us whenever through Airbnb, text, or call. During your stay It’s likely you won’t see me during your stay, which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. Replacement items cost an additional $15 each time. Once paid, replacements will be left outside your room. 🔸No unregistered guests.
