Home sits on a canal at the end of a cul de sac. Approx a 5 minute walk to the beach, sleeps 8 comfortably, heated pool, 8 person hot tub, outside grill and bathroom, covered wrap around balcony, 2 full baths, jetted tub, and so much more! No pets permitted. The space Inside the house you will find four bedrooms - one bedroom at the entry level, two bedrooms on the main second level and one loft bedroom on the third level. The entry level bedroom sleeps two in a queen sized bed. The main second level has a king bed in each of the 2 bedrooms on this floor, and the third level loft has two twin beds both with pull out trundle twin beds underneath. In total the house sleeps 8 comfortably. There is a large sized combined living and dining area on the main level featuring a wood burning fireplace and opens to the great sized kitchen with additional bar seating. Perfect layout to be able to cook and entertain. The living room has a series of sliding doors that look out onto a second floor deck which wraps around the entire house. The deck contains outdoor living room furniture throughout and a dining table that seats four. There are two bathrooms on the second level. One in the master bedroom which has a two person shower and large double sink vanity. The other full bathroom has a large soak tub with jets and a separate walk in shower. There is also an outdoor shower and bathroom for pool use. The house contains 6 tv's throughout. One in the living room, one in all 4 bedrooms, and one outside at the pool/kitchen area. High speed wireless internet is available. Towels, linen, dishes and utensils are provided. Guest access You will have access to the entire home during your stay. Other things to note The back yard contains a large swimming pool and a 8 person hot tub. To the side of the pool is a built in tile bar and outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, pool, refrigerator, sink, and TV. An outdoor bathroom and shower are also poolside. Beach gear and kids toys provided. There are small life jackets, various bikes, kayaks, misc fishing equipment, and pool/beach toys available for your use while at the property. The backyard also contains a dock and a boat lift (there are two covered bridges you must cross under to get out into the bay). The pool and spa are heated. However, after the weather drops to a certain low outside, the heater does not guarantee to heat the pool/spa to adequate temperatures.
