No underage drinking or illegal substance use allowed on property. ***Special Note About PETS*** We charge an additional fee of $55 per day for each pet kept on the property. Any property damage, including chewing, stains, odors, or other damage to the house, contents, or lawn by pets will result in assessment of a minimum $500 fee / up to the actual amount of invoices for repair / replacement of damage caused by the pet.
