Decorating throughout features a blend of old and new pieces that are family-friendly. Put up your feet and relax during your stay. Beautiful setting across from Lake Erie College fountain on Historic Mentor Avenue. Over one acre to spread out and play games with family and friends outside or roast marshmallows around the crackling campfire. Guests often host family reunions, showers, weddings, or other events while staying at the home. Chairs and tables available for up to 120 guests. Home has extensive collection of vintage china, linens, flatware, crystal and glassware for use during rentals. Guest access Home features a 40 inch wide custom wheelchair ramp for step-free access to all first floor areas and porches on the home. Guests can access all spaces on 1st and 2nd floor in the home, including kitchen, dining room, multiple sitting and living areas, spacious bedrooms, five bathrooms on multiple floors, basement laundry, and storage areas. Lovely outdoor spaces include front porch, side screened porch and one-acre shaded yard. Onsite parking for 12+ cars, and additional parking agreement with church next door. Across the street from fountains and landscaped grounds of Lake Erie College. Located on western edge of Mentor Avenue Historic District. Other things to note The home features a collection of vintage china, crystal, serviceware, flatware, glassware and floral decor that is available for every guest rental. Rentals made for legally responsible individuals / age 21 or over. No underage drinking or illegal substance use allowed on property. ***Special Note About PETS*** We charge an additional fee of $55 per day for each pet kept on the property. Any property damage, including chewing, stains, odors, or other damage to the house, contents, or lawn by pets will result in assessment of a minimum $500 fee / up to the actual amount of invoices for repair / replacement of damage caused by the pet.
