Not too Shabby Chic

One mile to the new CSU stadium...easy to stay here and have a leisurely stroll to a football game. Full sized bed. You must read and agree to all of the rules and additional information. Right across the street from CSU...If you were any closer you would be in a dorm. The home has two shared bathrooms. Guest access There are common areas for your use which include, formal dining room, living room, two house shared bathrooms, kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, utensils (please do wash up after use) back and front covered porches for lounging. Check in, check out times are only "guidelines" and can be negotiated based on occupancy before and after your desired booking dates. There are FOUR off street parking spaces available on a first come first served basis. On street parking is regulated Monday-Friday 8-5pm. Other things to note Make a cup of coffee, make breakfast...order in, or make your own meal in the kitchen. I usually have some homemade biscotti or cookies for you to enjoy. If you cannot back out use an alley spot instead. * You must turn on notifications on the App to receive check in information and updates to your reservation. *This house is 125 years old, some doors may not appear to "fit" exactly, but all locks are secure. * Windows in the common areas may be open for the attic fan to function...if you find a window open other than in your room, please do not close it. *There are TWO security cameras, one on the outside front porch and one in the backyard pointing towards the back door. None are inside the property. *This home has SEVEN bedrooms and all share two bathrooms. *Host reserves the right to substitute a comparable room in the house. * I do not live at the property. * This home is one block away from a TRAIN that runs through town frequently and honks its horn.... yes, even at 4 AM * This home is NOT Air conditioned. * Even though Marijuana is legal in Colorado, it is prohibited on the property. * No smoking (of any kind) in or around the house. * Only registered and paying Airbnb guests are allowed in the property. Having guests over to celebrate graduation/homecoming/ Christmas/ Thanksgiving, etc., is prohibited. * Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM *There are four off street parking spots free for your use. * You may use the kitchen, dishes pots and pans and coffee maker, but; please clean up after yourself. * My cleaning lady comes every Thursday around nine, please make sure she has clear access to all of the common areas, kitchen and bathrooms. * IF in between cleanings, you make a mess in the kitchen or bathroom, please be so kind as to clean it up. * $10 lost key fee * Plush bathrobes are provided for your use during your stay, if however, they go home with you, there will be a $25.00 (per bathrobe) fee.
