We have played off the beautiful water colors of the bay in our decor. Like our other unit next door, we have included everything we can to make sure our guests are taken care of and feel right at home. We have 2 queen beds and 2 single fold up beds. We do accept pets ($25 flat fee) but certain breeds are not allowed. Please see “other things” for a list. This is a manufactured home in a manufactured home community. The unit has been completely remodeled and is magical! You will love it! The space We are located in between Charlevoix and Petoskey with about a 10 minute drive to either. We are also within 30 mile distance to the ski hills and 1.2 miles from the bay via West Park. The community is called Bay Shore Estates and we are lot 3. We have a nice outdoor space that includes a fire pit, and a small deck. We are backed up to the woods for privacy. We have plenty of room for parking and a spot for your boat or utility vehicles. The inside is a vacation inside a vacation! We want our guests to feel they are at home in every way. We hand select our towels, bedding and linens. We have added a water cooler, fans in each bedroom, extra chairs, extra blankets, comfortable pillows, a charging station, a coffee station with free coffee, candy bowls, smartv’s in every room, a table designed for homework or office work, etc... There are 4 wineries close by if wine tours are your thing. We are also within walking distance to Little Traverse Wheelway which is the bike trail that goes from Charlevoix to Harbor Springs along the bay. We are also across the street from West Park which will take you to the Caribbean blue bay. The possibilities are endless in this beautiful area! Guest access All of it. Other things to note Dogs not allowed in the community are Pitbull’s, German Shepherd’s, Rottweiler’s, Chow’s, Doberman’s, Huskies, Akita’s, Mastiffs, American Staffordshire Terrier and any mixes of those breeds. This is dictated by the community. We cannot have cats in the home. Thanks for understanding! We have 2-fold up twin beds with blankets and sheets on them that are ready to use. They are in the master bedroom. Also, we do not allow smoking or pot smoking in our homes. This is out of respect of other guests who are checking in that day. You are welcome to do those things outside, but we will charge $100 for violating this rule by smoking inside. Thanks for understanding! Lastly, please read the cancellation policy before booking!
