Bring the family to Beach House 101! All rooms in the home have beautiful views of the ocean, surrounding mountain scenery, and the ocean rock features that the Northern Coast is famous for. Our home is 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms with 1952 sqft of living space. Our home has waterproof laminate floors throughout, stainless steel appliances, large deck, covered patio, spa, fire pits, and arcade games in the garage for an extra good time. Enjoy the spa any time of year! The space No carpet in the entire house! The main living areas, master bedroom, and patio are downstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, high ceilings and outside access to the patio. The master bathroom has double sinks, large shower, and tub. Upstairs features two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the rooms has a king bed and the other has a triple bunk for the kids. We have a few kid's toys and books in the bunk room, as well as bean bag chairs for lounging. Both bedrooms have access to a large deck with sweeping majestic views of the ocean and beyond. Driving an electric car? We have a 220v/50amp plug in for your convenience. Other things to note All TVs are Smart TVs that feature Netflix, Prime, and more. Home features Alexa devices for easy communication, questions, and music - don't want to use them? Simply, unplug. There is a bbq outside for grilling and fire tables for added heat when need be. We have kids beach toys, a beach chair, play yard, high chair, and a baby gate for the kids. We also offer a spin bike and some other gym equipment for your use. Additionally, we have plenty of beach towels for your outside time between the beach and spa. In 2020/21 the home got a full upgrade. All of the following are new - roof, all stainless steel kitchen appliances, kitchen sink faucet, couch, washer and dryer, spa, downstairs lighting, paint, garage epoxy flooring, all TVs, beds/mattresses, most furniture, and dining room table. We are located close to town, hiking, Rogue river, restaurants, and other local attractions. No RV or boat parking allowed in the community. No parties or events.
