Gorgeous lakefront 3 bedroom ranch style home in East Marion which sleeps 6 in comfort. Come and watch the Ospreys fish from the deck and feed the swans and their young from the dock. Jitney stops at the end of the road and parking for 2 cars. Beautiful gardens front and back make for a magical retreat for the summer. The space Inside you'll find 3 bedrooms with double beds, second bedroom can be arranged as two singles if needed. Kitchen is fully equipped so hit the farmers markets. Outside you'll find a deck with 4 chairs and a dining area with 6 chairs, large sunshade and barbecue. Garden fronts onto beautiful Lake Marion which is alive with bird life. You'll see Ospreys and Egrets fishing all day. Neighborhood is extremely quiet but only a 10 minute drive from Greenport. A short walk down the road will take you to the sea, and a short walk in the opposite direction gets you to the Fork and Anchor deli for coffee, breakfast and lunch - and the Hampton Jitney stop direct to NYC. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, including the basement for laundry. We use the basement for storage. We have a TV, Apple TV and DVD player. Wi-fi is good so bring your iTunes, Spotify, HBO and Hulu subscriptions and you're good to go. No cable. There are 4 bikes that you are welcome to use.
