Cozy Poconos House.

IVery charming and cozy Poconos house. Its a 3Bdrs, loft and 2 baths house that sleeps 9. The house is a very short walk to a lake, pool, tennis and basketball court. It is a fully equipped house: WiFi, Smart Tv (which can be used with own netflix, Amazon prime etc) fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, two nice spacious decks. Air conditioner. An outdoor BBQ and a fireplace. The house and community are the perfect combination for both a restful and fun getaway with family and friends The space The house is in Saw Creek States, a five star four seasons gated community in the Poconos. Is located in the Delaware State Forrest, right at the bank of Delaware River. Its a beautiful and safe place with 24/7 security. Its just 2hrs from NYC. Also very easy to reach from New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Newark Airport (1:40 hr) There are indoor and outdoor activities provided year around. You can rewind and relax but also keep yourself active with many attractions in the area. The house is in a quiet, family-friendly Neighborhood. So no parties or fireworks at anytime. Its a place where people come to enjoy peace, nature and outdoors. Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed Bedroom 2- Queen size bed Bedroom 3- Twin bed and a bunk bed Loft - Full size bed For your safety and mine there is outside surveillance. I will always respect your privacy. As a courtesy we offer our 6 homeowners passes to our guests to use the amenities while staying with us. Please notice that the passes have to be left at the end of your stay. Some amenities like sport courts, the group needs just one pass. - If your stay is more than 3 days a washer/Dryer will be avail. - There is a propane tank for the outdoor BBQ. The propane refill is up to the guest. - Please make sure to use the brush provided to brush food residue from the cooking grates. - If you r planning to use the fireplace please bring the wood of your choice. WARM WEATHER ACTVITIES: -4 full-size outdoor swimming pools. - 2 indoors pools and whirlpools. - The closest pool and 1 whirlpool are closed for renovation. The other one (8 mins drive) is open. - 9 outdoors tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, volleyball court, racquetball court , - 2well stocked lakes where fishing is allowed. 16yr olds and older need a PA license. -In one of the lakes water sports like Kayaking, canoeing, paddle boating are available - There is a small beach that kids love, playgrounds, walking trails, etc. - One of the lakes is a short walk from the house where you can go for a walk or just sit and relax -There is also a nice Fitness Center. If the weather is bad the outdoor pools, Kayaking and boating will close. The indoor pools will be open though. - Please check all the pictures for you to have a better idea. The restaurant on the premises, Top of the World, is open on weekends. Awesome place to go with friends to have a bite. Fair price and good food. IN THE AREA Within minutes of our gates there is: - Nice HIKING trails. - The must see Bushkill Falls with waterfalls and stunning walking trail and HIKING (just 10-15 mins away) - Golf courses just 15-20 mins away - The Crossing Premium Outlet Mall which features over 100 designer stores just 35 mins away - Vineyards where you can go wine tasting/dinner. - Horseback Riding, ATV-riding, Poconos Tree Ventures, zip-lining, Aerial Rope Course, Indian Museum, Candle Factory, S&S speedway go-kart racing, Paint Ball, Shooting Ranges, National Parks walking trails and much more. - The Delaware river is nearby for canoe trips and white water rafting. - Mount Airy Casino 45 mins away. - There is a supermarket close by. Super Food Town - 10-15 minutes from the house COLD WEATHER ACTIVITIES - Private skiing. Snow hill with no chair lift waiting lines, where you and/or the kids can learn or practice before venturing to a higher mountain. - Shawnee Ski Mountain is just 15 mins away, a ski resort with 23 slopes & trails, 2 terrain parks, night skiing and snow tubing. - Ski shop - 2 Indoor pools and whirlpools. - Indoor climate controlled tennis/basketball court. - Fitness center - Outdoor tennis/basketball court just a short walk from the house - The restaurant on the premises, Top of the World, is open on weekends. A nice place to go with friends to have a bite. Fair price and good food (No passes needed for the restaurant) - Camelback Ski Mountain Resorts 35-40 mins away - The stunning Fall foliage, breathtaking views, amazing hiking, soothing waterfalls make Poconos Mountains the right place to be in the Fall where you will make unforgettable memories with friends and family. Guest access Key lockbox access. Other things to note - You must be 25+ to book. - Guests can not invite other guests over. - For security reasons a picture ID will be asked. Airbnb do not allow third patties reservations. - Just one ply toilet paper are flushable. The sewage system is grinder pump. 2 ply is too thick and can break the pump. - Its a SMOKE FREE house. NO SMOKING cigarette, weed or vaping in the house. - Please be careful with the amenities badge. For every amenity badge lost $40 will be charged. - NO DOGS. Please dont inquire about dogs of any kind, size or age. I am an animal lover but I cant have them. sorry! - All the blankets for Fall/winter are down blankets. If someone in your group is allergic please let me know. Community Rules: - All guests must be registered at the Members office before arrival. I will need to register every group. A list with names, addresses and phone numbers of the guests will be asked before they arrive. - No activities on the deck after 11:00pm is allowed by the community. Please keep the noise to a minimum after this time. - No Fire Works or Bonfire are allowed. We have veterans with PTSD who live in the community. Lets all respect them. - Bring all garbage to the community dumpster located next to the members office. - Cars are not allowed to park on the streets. Please make sure to use the house driveway. - The neighbors are advised by the community management to call Public Safety if any of the rules are broken. A fine will be issued. - According to airbnb guidelines at the moment you book a place you are committed to follow all the house and community rules. If you are a good guest these basic rules wont affect you. For my safety and yours there is outside surveillance. Ring doorbell and a back deck camera.
