Oceanfront, amazing views! Sleeps 8

Come visit our beautiful beach and see for yourself why we love it!! Our condo at Bluewater resort is an oceanfront unit conveniently located near area shopping, dining, entertainment, and golf. Our unit is ocean front located on the 8th floor.with great views from the balcony. We have 2bedroom, sofa sleeper, full kitchen, dinning for 10, washer/drier in unit. Durning the months of June July and August bookings are Saturday-Saturday. The space The whole unit .Besides the master bedroom has 2 lock out closets unavailable for your use they are for owner use only. During your stay I can be reached by email or text. Other things to note When booking our condo please take note that the following is it be expected : PLEASE checkout promptly 10:00am. Please follow this schedule, as there will be someone in the condo before & after you. the cleaners require this time to clean the unit. We cannot make exceptions to this policy. ***You will need to provide your own toiletries,Dish soap, laundry detergent and beach towels*** -The white bath towels in the condo are NOT to be taken out of the unit.**SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in our condo or balcony. ** -Please take note if using the body sprays in the stand up shower the hot water will only last about 10mins GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES AT DEPARTURE: *Replace any furniture that was moved. *Leave used towels and sheets on the bathroom floor . *Remove trash from any garbage cans. (Be sure to take trash to the trash chute down the hall located by unit 801 ) *Leave the kitchen clean: Wipe countertops, wash any dirty dishes,empty dishwasher also (if dirty dishes are left there will be a charge of $50.00) *Remove any opened food from the fridge or pantry. *Reset the thermostat 69 degrees. Turn off ALL lights. *Double-check all drawers and closets for personal items. *Ensure that the door/balcony doors are closed. *leave the KEY CARD inside the basket . ($100.00 charge if card is lost or not left!! ). *leave ALL 8 wristbands ($25.00 charge per bands that are lost or stolen.) All the above must be done before check-out. The cleaning service may charge extra to do the listed items and if they do, the cost will be deducted from your security deposit.
