The space I believe the uniqueness is all of the land surrounding the home and it is on the widest part of the Sandusky river which make for a beautiful setting. It is a very peaceful atmosphere. Great for some outdoor games and walks, playing in the river cove, boating, canoeing, etc. Great for a family to make some great memories. Great for a couple to get away from it all. Great for a small gathering for a bridal party or birthday party, etc. Guest access When you rent the South Wing. You have your own private 2600 square foot home essentially. Your outdoor space has private areas and shared areas. You have your own patio and portion of the yard. There are common use spaces such as the woods/trails, river beach/cove, and the basketball area. Other things to note great place to get away from it all; yet not too far from Cedar point and other fun things to do.
