Our apartment is located on top our detached garage, all in a quiet neighborhood in the Historic district of Houston with plenty of things to do within walking distance: cleaners, beauty, fitness, burgers, ice house; pizza, grocery, supermarket, Milroy park, Love park, White Oak Bayou. Great for a couple on vacation or working professional on a work assignment. The space Open concept space in a very quiet neighborhood. All hardwood floors, and a separate bedroom, this apartment comes with all amenities you need to just come with your suitcase and enjoy your stay. We are in the main house in case of issue but you have complete privacy in your apartment! It is accessible from a private entrance in the back through your own garage space. There is one flight of stairs to get to the apartment. While there is a sofa bed in the living room, this would be for occasional guests and the space is very comfortable for two people. Guest access You will have your own car garage and easy private access to your apartment without a need to come from the main home. The garage fits a standard car or SUV. Truck will not fit. Additional street parking is available Other things to note - Strict no pets policy: no exceptions. - Please do not request address or to see the place prior to booking as this is not offered as per Airbnb policy. - The consumable supplies such as trash bags, soap, detergent, toilet paper, paper towel etc... are provide for the first two weeks of stay but would be at the guest’s responsibility afterwards.
