NEFS Little Nook RV or Campsite

A primitive site nestled right next to Jackson Brook. Enjoy being the only campers on over 200 acres of private land with winding dirt roads. Conveniently located just a few minutes from downtown Bingham. The price is for one camper or two tents. There is plenty of room for additional tents or RV, please contact me before booking for additional costs. Pet friendly and kid friendly! There is no power or water hook up. The outhouse is a short walk away. There is no ATV allowed on the property. The space The site is located on 200 acres of private land. The site is accessible with any vehicle and is located less than a mile down a private dirt road and less than a 5 minute drive to downtown Bingham. Guests are welcome to explore the miles of dirt roads winding through the property. Perfect for a casual peddle bike ride or hike. Watch your dog flush a partridge or your little ones explore beautiful Jackson brook. Quiet solitude is what you will find here. Tucked away from the road, this site is quite private and yet easily accessible. Guest access In the photo section you will see a map. The red line marks our loop. You are welcome to explore the loop and the surrounding land. We own the property on both sides of Jackson brook, so explore as much as you would like. If you are looking for a little bit more of a challenging walk, take our new bridge across the book and up to what used to be the old "Kelly Orchard." There is an old cellar hole up there so please be cautious where you walk at the top and this hike is grassy so there may be ticks. Sorry, but this rental does not provide local trail access for ATV. The property is access by owner permission for foot traffic and bikes only, no motorized sports. This location is meant for nature enthusiasts looking to enjoy what camping is meant to be. Bring the family, pack your bikes and fishing poles, save room for your dog(s) and come enjoy some quiet time in the woods. There is an outhouse just down the road from the site, approximately a 3 minute walk. Other things to note This is a pet friendly site. I do ask that if you dog goes to the bathroom anywhere that someone could possibly step in it, that you clean it up. There may be up to a $50 fee if cleanup is required. This is a carry in/carry out site. If you prefer, you can let me know in advance, and for a $15 fee, you can leave your trash tied up in the barrel and I will dispose of it. Please understand if you leave an excessive amount of trash or do not leave it neatly bagged, I will ask for an additional cleaning fee. There are bundles of wood available for $6. Let me know at least 24 hours prior to check in how many bundles you would like, and I will send a payment request and deliver the bundles to the site prior to arrival. If you purchase at least 2 bundles, a fire starter bucket will also be included, which will have all the necessities to start a couple fires.
