Welcome! This home is in the heart of Omaha! This lovely bungalow has all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay. It has a fully stocked kitchen, a full tub & shower upstairs, and a full bath with shower downstairs. There are 3 bedrooms that can sleep 8. There's a fireplace and a piano. The beds & linens are newer. Located near the Old Market, Blackstone, Capital District, Downtown, Midtown & Aksarben. Also minutes away from UNMC, Creighton, Convention Center, Zoo, and many Museums. This home can comfortably sleep 8 guests. There are three bedrooms; two are upstairs, one is in an open space in the lower level with a daybed that can be made into a king or 2 twins, but not both, and a queen bed. The bedrooms and the bathrooms are either upstairs or downstairs. The main floor is living space only. I will do my best to accommodate babies and handicapped tenants. I do have limitations due to the age and structure of the home. There are stairs on the front porch to enter the home and also a couple up to the deck and the back door. I have a ring doorbell but currently do not have it activated. The whole home is rented to each guest, so you will be the only one in the home while renting it. I prefer texting as a mode of correspondence and will respond immediately to questions and concerns. I would love to be there at check in and check out if that works for you. If you prefer independence, then I will give you the lockbox code. Please let me know immediately if something is missing or you can not locate something. This is a wonderful midtown neighborhood called Morton Meadows. It is a community. You will see a lot of people with kids and dogs walking the boulevards in the heart of the neighborhood. Trails are nearby if you want a stroll or want to bring your bike for some riding. There's plenty of grocery stores for that last minute item you need, and it is only 10 minutes away from the airport. It's also very close to all the business districts and hospitals in the Midtown area. Walking, biking, driving, bus, and Uber/Lyft. We have Internet, Digital TV, Apple TV, a DVD player, and Chromecast 1883. I have information on the premises for access information.
