Gorgeous Bungalow less than 2 miles to Uptown!

Stunning, modern bungalow near Uptown Charlotte. The greenway runs through our neighborhood making walking or riding bikes into Uptown effortless and most importantly, traffic-less. Our home is walking distance to the Bank of America Stadium, breweries, coffee, parks, shops, spas & AMAZING local restaurants. 5 min drive to Uptown, South End, NoDa, & more. 10 mins from CLT airport. Fully renovated house with an open concept, gorgeous kitchen, mid-century modern design & all the amenities! The space The Master bedroom has a king size bed with a high-end cooling, hybrid mattress. The guest bedroom has a pull down Murphy bed with a high-end hybrid mattress. This bed can also be put up and out of the way turning the guest room into an office. There is a full desk area you can utilize for work on the go or journaling about your vacation. The bathroom has a tile shower/tub combo and luxury linens. Sleep and comfort are two requirements of a great vacation!! All of your key essentials you may have forgotten we strive to supply for your stay. Gorgeous full kitchen so you can cook just like home or heat up leftovers from one of the delicious restaurants around town. We supply the basic essentials and some classic Charlotte favorites. Feel free to use at your own discretion. Living room has a comfortable, stylish couch to lounge around on or utilize the multiple extra seating options to have friends over. My personal favorite part of our home is the kitchen. It is the heart of the home. With the large island the whole group can hang out and cook together. So many memories are made over meals. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, back and front yards, and the RIGHT side of the driveway. Please leave a car width room on the left side of the driveway. *no access to shed at the back of driveway Other things to note Dogs welcome, who doesn’t want to bring their best friend along?! 🐶 Dogs are $50/night per dog We currently do NOT have a fenced in yard at the moment as it is being rebuilt. Reviews include info about a fenced in yard, that will be back soon 😊 Pet Rules : You must message me, the host, what type of dog you are bringing and size of dog. Max of 2 dogs unless all dogs are under 25 lbs then 3 dogs allowed. No animals on furniture include couches and beds. You must clean up after your animal and return the home to the standard you arrived to. This includes excessive pet hair. Please report any damage prior to check out.
