It's time to relax in this beautiful 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath condo that has plenty of room for the whole family! This condo features a recently updated, fully equipped kitchen with all of the extras for those fabulous home cooked meals. Not in the mood to cook at home while on vacation? Step out your front door and walk across the street to a local favorite hangout at Caddy's Restaurant with wonderful seafood dishes! The master bedroom boasts beachfront views and access to the private balcony, plus a king sized bed, a TV, and private attached bathroom with a walk in shower. There are two double beds in the 2nd bedroom with a TV, and and two twin sized beds in the 3rd bedroom with a TV. Stay connected to your family and friends back home with free wifi throughout the condo. The spacious balcony has seating for all and and overlooks the beautiful beachfront pool and hot tub, and obviously the beach and Gulf. A great place to sit, relax and enjoy a cocktail while watching those amazing sunsets and dolphins swimming by in the Gulf of Mexico. Across the street from your condo is a bicycle/boat rental company, where you can also try paddle boarding or kayaking for a day and enjoy all of the wonderful water activities this quaint beach town has to offer. A week before your vacation starts we supply you with check in instructions with directions to the condo, parking instructions, and any codes you need to get into the condo. Your stay includes use of the heated beach front pool, beach front hot tub, gas and charcoal grill area, one assigned parking spot, and private beach entrance. While we are not on sight, we are always within an hour or less away. We are here to answer questions and concerns, and be of assistance to you throughout your stay, but will give you absolute privacy for your vacation! We also supply a welcome book with plenty of recommendations for the surrounding areas, so you can share our hometown’s culture, too! Indian Shores is a quaint beach town located between Madeira Beach and Indian Rocks beach, and this condo is less than 25 minutes drive to everything you could dream of. Right across the street, there are bicycle, boat rentals, paddleboard, and kayak rentals, a couple of restaurants, and an ice cream shop! Both North and South of you, you’ll find plenty more locally owned places to eat, shops, CVS, a small water/ splash park, bars, etc. Clearwater beach is just 7.9 miles away, and John’s pass is 7.3 miles away, so you’re still close to more excitement. For more things to do, check out our welcome book located in the home! Uber and Lyft are extremely popular around the beaches and throughout our surrounding cities. With so many downtown areas near, you’ll never be without a quick ride. There is also Florida Free Rentals who will pick you up and take you around the beaches for free (tips are recommended). There is also our Jolley Trolley system that goes around all of our beaches which you can pay a daily or weekly fee and not have to stress our parking. If you drove your own car, or have a rental, there are plenty of parking areas wherever you go, Clearwater beach has lots of parking garages, while St. Pete Beach, Madeira Beach, Indian Rocks Beach and Sand Key Park have parking lots with meters, and side streets you can park on. ****Please note: this unit sleeps 8 people total. This includes all Adults, Children and infants. Minimum age requirement to book is 25 years old.**** This unit is located on the 4th floor of the building (the ground level is the parking garage). There are two elevators to bring you up to the 4th floor. The condo is stocked with towels and linens for your stay and a starting supply of toilet paper, soap and dish soap, paper towels and trash bags. There are also beach chairs and an umbrella for your stay. Yes, there is free wifi!
