This cozy 3 bedroom 1 bath cottage, reminiscent of the 1950s, is fully remodeled with all the modern conveniences. It sits on the shore of Lake Waccamaw, known for being the largest natural lake between Mai e and Florida. This is the perfect place to relax. You'll see much natural wildlife. The Cottage sleeps 6. We prefer 4 adults and 2 children. No events or gatherings are allowed, this includes any people who are not on reservation. The space Linens are provided as well as coffee and condiments for first morning. $85 cleaning fee will be required. Guest access Guests are welcome to use shaded deck and pier next door. The pier has a large shaded area with a swing, chairs, and a table with chairs, as well as a separate open area for sunbathing. Also available is a shaded open deck at the shore for relaxing or outdoor eating. Other things to note No events or gatherings are allowed. We expect only the guests who are on the reservation. There are places to gather at the state park. The driveway will only accommodate 3 cars. Lake Waccamaw boasts a State Park with trails for walking, biking, and exploring as well as a museum that has artifacts and information about the formation of the lake. The Depot is in the main part of the town which hosts a gift shop and artifacts of the early settlement of Lake Waccamaw. Wilmington, Myrtle Beach, Southport, and North Carolina and South Carolina beaches are all within an hour or so away.
