The Garden Casita is completely furnished spacious one bedroom ground floor unit (bedroom, kitchen, livingroom, dining area and bathroom) which shares a large garden and an additional outdoor kitchen with a separate studio unit. Very central, the property is located less than one block from the waterfront in Loreto town, and only three blocks from the town square. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Large, bright and airy, the Casita has wifi, a smart tv, air conditioning and heating. The bedroom has two hanging closets, and a queen bed, outfitted with luxury linens. The kitchen is completely outfitted, ready to use! Fully airconditioned, bathroom with large tiled shower. Additionally, there is a complete covered outdoor kitchen and eating area that is shared with other guests. Off-street parking is also available. We have six options for rental on two adjacent properties: Geoff´s Apartment, Leslie´s Studio, Hugo´s House, the Garden Casita, Garden Studio and the Vista Del Mar. All are very comfortable, nicely furnished and decorated, and all have wifi, cable tv, comfortable beds and quality linens. Our compound is completely enclosed, and has mature trees and a lovely tropical garden. Each unit is complete, but we also have outdoor eating and food preparation areas, which guests often use for friendly get-togethers. This compound is an adult-oriented one, children younger than 12 years old are not permitted. We also have bicycles and kayaks for guest use. Our location is what makes these rentals so popular, one block up from the Sea and three blocks from the Town Square... everything is close by. Loreto is a safe, clean, and friendly town.. Guests have full access to the Garden Casita, as well as a complete additional outdoor kitchen area, garden patio and off-street parking area. We also have four bicycles and two kayaks for guest use, as well as off-street parking just around the corner. I do not live on site, but will be available during your stay if you have any challenges, or questions. I´m easy to contact! This is a typical Mexican neighborhood of single family dwellings, the street is not heavily travelled. There is a small grocery only steps from the gate, and the town square is only three blocks away, easy walking distance to most amenities in town.
