Welcome to our new 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home with a 60' dock on a gorgeous wide deep water canal. We are only 1,200' to the open waters of Pine Channel at the very southern end of Little Torch Key. Our home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each visit. We have a guest friendly cancellation policy described in the additional house rules section. The living room, dining area and spacious kitchen open to a cozy rear porch and deck overlooking the serene canal. Enjoy ---.... The space breakfast on the covered porch watching boats leaving at sunrise. You will marvel at incredible sunsets while enjoying dinner or a drink on our deck overlooking the picturesque canal. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. Our master bedroom has a private bath with a shower and tub. Our 2nd full bath has a tub with a shower. The living room has a large comfortable sleep sofa with a foldout queen size Sealy mattress. Our canal enters directly into Newfound Harbor which is known for its great boating and fishing. We are equipped with a fish cleaning station off our dock. We are only a short boat ride to the fish sanctuary located near Little Palm Island and only several miles to the famous Looe Key Reef in the Atlantic. Bring your snorkeling and diving equipment. The Reef is breathtaking. You may choose to head north from our canal to explore the beauty and serenity of the back country. On the way home, stop off at Kiki's Sandbar Grill with its own dock. They have outdoor waterfront dinning with nightly entertainment and gorgeous views of the channel. World famous Bahia Honda Beach is only a 10-minute car ride away. On a good day it is just wonderful. There is parking on our front yard to accommodate cars and a boat trailer. We have a 28-night minimum, and you will relax and enjoy every minute. Please reserve your vacation within a single month or at least with only a few days on either side of that month.
