"The Hawk's Nest- Mt. Views" STR-126

Hawk's Nest is a peaceful studio apartment located on the edge of Buena Vista, with inspiring views of Mt. Princeton and the Collegiate Range. Watch the clouds blow over the mountain peaks or view the sunset from this cozy 500 sq. ft. studio apartment, above the garage. We are just a 1.5 mile walk to downtown, 2 mile walk to the Arkansas River, 10 minute drive to both Mt. Princeton Hot Springs or Cottonwood Hot Springs, and about an hour drive to Ski Cooper and 45 min. to Monarch Mountain. The space Hawk's Nest is perched on top of our 2 door garage. There are 15 outdoor steps up to a small deck and this private studio apartment. This studio has a bathroom with a shower, a laundry closet (washer/dryer) and a kitchenette stocked with all the dishes you will need. The kitchen has a cold water filter for drinkable tap water, small 4 burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, tea pot, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, table and chairs, wifi, and a Stern & Fosters firm, queen size bed. This is a TV free apartment. No pets or animals are allowed in this apartment. Great views of Mount Princeton, unfortunately there is a road being built in the back field behind our house which consists of some construction, dust and inconsistent noise. Not sure if there will be work going on during your stay or not. Sorry for the possible annoyance. Guest access Guests only have access to the studio apartment. Other things to note We provide tea, coffee and coffee filters.
