The Space: The home is a comfortable one bedroom beach cottage style apartment with plenty of outdoor space. There is a full kitchen for cooking, living room for relaxing, small dining seating area, and separate, closed off bedroom and bathroom. Deck patio space attached to your front door with two chairs for sipping coffee, and plenty of outdoor dining, relaxing outdoor space that is shared with other residents. Guest Access: You will have exclusive access to the cottage space and shared access to the exterior. The deck outside is for your exclusive use. There is a private entrance and exit to the backyard area where there is a BBQ that is for you to be able to use during your stay. The Neighborhood: Pacific Beach is a relaxed neighborhood by the beach, popular with sunbathers and surfers. Trendy hotel bars and casual cafes line the boardwalk, while Mission Boulevard and the surrounding streets are dotted with women’s clothing boutiques, yoga studios and casual drinking spots that draw a young, bar-hopping crowd. Inland, the grassy slope of Kate Sessions Park has sweeping views of the city and San Diego Bay. Getting Around: A Walker's Paradise with a 92 Walk Score. Easy access to La Jolla to the North, Mission Beach to the South, and a short drive to the Airport and Gaslamp and everything essential in San Diego. Uber is extremely accessible and inexpensive to everywhere! Other Things to Note: Our checkout instructions only ask that you be sure you have all your things, turn everything off, lock the door on your way out, and we'll take care of the rest. We do not ask that you do laundry, dishes, trash etc like many hosts do. Guests must agree to our Good Neighbor Policy. Noise Our home is intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties of any kind are not allowed. Occupancy We strictly adhere to our advertised maximum occupancy levels at each home. No exceptions are made for any reason. The number of guests cannot exceed the listed maximum occupancy for the property. Move in ready with optimum flexibility: all utilities included - including internet, full kitchen with appliances and all cooking wares. All with flexible rental length terms long or short term to suit your specific need. The home is located conveniently on one of the main access streets of Pacific Beach. As a result, there can be noise from the street and cars at times. Parking is not exclusive off-street. It's first available on the street surrounding the property. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. However, we DO NOT provide cooking oil, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, or laundry detergent. Washer and dryer are shared within the community and are paid via a mobile payment app. Interaction with Guests: I love interacting with guests, providing recommendations, and making their time in San Diego the most enjoyable it can be!
