Come to the mountains and stay in a large mountain cabin that we call the Tree House. Perfect scenic location for nearby Snow Valley, Sky Park, hiking trails, off-roading, Lake Arrowhead or Big Bear. This is one of the most accessible homes during all seasons. Level entry! 4 bed/3 bath home with everything you need for your getaway!! Hot tub, ping pong, outdoor table with fire pit, and much more! A perfect blend of comfort and entertainment. This home is ready for next adventure. The space The home is a 2 story level entry home. On the first floor you will find 2 living spaces each with a fireplace and 65" smart TV's. The perfect place to relax by the fire (we provide dura flame logs) and watch a movie or play a game. You will also find a 1st floor bedroom and bathroom with a shower for those whom may not want to go up and down the stairs. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms: 1) master bedroom #1 (cal king) ensuite with jacuzzi style tub and walk in shower. Bedroom 2 and 3 are connected to a jack in jill full bathroom. 2) Bedroom #2 (1 - cal king, with a bunk bed (full/twin) 3) Bedroom #3 (queen with a futon) The kitchen is ready for you to cook and serve all of your favorite meals with double ovens and a gas cook top. The kitchen has a blender, mixer, air fryer, and crock pot. There are plenty of pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils etc... Enjoy the coffee nook complete with whole pot or pod options. Outside you will find a propane grill and black stone grill. The home has a laundry room and an attached garage available for your use and storage of your sports gear or to play ping pong. Upstairs you will find a master bedroom (king) and 2 additional bedrooms (1 -king, with a bunk (full/twin)) and the other (queen with a futon) with a jack and jill full bathroom. There is a game area with stand up arcade games Pac Man/Galaga and NBA Jam for family fun. In the garage you will find a ping pong table. Outside you will find a 6 person spa set at 101 for you to relax after a day of fun. An outdoor table for 6 with a fire pit in the middle. Guest access You will have private access to the entire home and garage, I live close by and can help assist to make your stay perfect. Other things to note This is a level entry home (no stairs or steep driveways), with a garage to store your mountain bikes, snowboards, etc...
