Spend a min 2 nights Sept-May and stay a week from early June to Labor Day (summers days are Sat-Sat rental). The space The condo is fully furnished and beach themed. The living room area has plenty of seating for lounging, including a comfortable sofa and chairs perfect for wet or sandy kids after a fun day at the beach! You will also find a flat-screen TV with DVD player in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock pot, pots and pans, dishes for 12) so you may bring in your own food, drinks, and spices if you're looking for budget friendly dining options. There are two bedrooms as pictured: one bedroom sleeps two on a queen bed, while the second bedroom sleeps two in two twin beds. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. There's one full bath in the condo as well. No pets, no smoking and no parties. Perfect for a family with children! Walk to Beach playgrounds, Boardwalk Amusement Park, oceanfront bars and restaurants. Within 2 miles to Ocean Breeze Water Park and amazing Aquarium. Condo sits between Atlantic and Pacific Ave and next to 9th St parking garage. Being in the heart of the resort town it can get noisy. What makes my condo unique is the personal service I provide to help you plan your stay and the comforts my condo provides. I’m not a rental or investment agent. I use the condo and rent it out when I’m not here so you’ll find it your home away from home. Guest access You'll have full private access to the condo, which includes both bedrooms, full bath (with tub), open concept living and dining room as well as the fully-equipped kitchen. You'll also have free access to the personal parking space in front of the condo's entrance and a parking space to the 9th St garage. Free high speed secure WiFi. The condo has a no pet policy so please find someone to care for your four legged family members during your stay at the beach. Other things to note In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, there will be coffee filters, trash bags, and cleaning supplies provided. You can also find sand toys and a beach cart available for use during your stay. There are also games and DVDs to use during your stay on a rainy day or to relax after a day at the beach!
