Thoughtful touches like bedside lamps, a coat rack, and shoe rack abound. Off the living room you’ll find a generous walk in closet (in addition to the bedroom closets) and an updated bathroom with built-in linen cabinet for even more storage. The eat-in kitchen offers lots of counter space, a gas stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots & pans, plates & cups. Pretty much everything you would need besides groceries! We include a Sonic Gigabit fiber internet connection that provides fast download speeds. Working/Studying from home and streaming movies is a breeze! Other things to note Includes one assigned compact parking space. Maneuvering into this space may be difficult for some drivers. I suggest using the parking space only if you have a small vehicle. If you have a large vehicle and/or multiple vehicles, street parking is available with a permit from the City of Berkeley. Please research City of Berkeley requirements to obtain a residential parking permit if desired.
