Private room with queen bed. Shared Jack and Jill bathroom. Guests may use the kitchen, dining table, front porch, TV and washer/dryer. Home is just a half mile to downtown Alamosa and next to walking path along the Rio Grande River. Feel free to ask questions. Maximum of 2 guests. Note: My wife and I are the only ones who live here. We can be as uninvolved or involved with your stay as you wish. There is never more than one party booked simultaneously.
