Seaside Apartment 1 block from LI Boating Capital

This is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in a garden complex of about 50 units. It is located directly across from the Nautical Mile. The Nautical Mile is known for it's restaurants, activities, and numerous water excursions (jet-skiing, fishing, boating, etc). The apartment comes with a full kitchen, bath, living room, dining room and bedroom and is perfect for 1-2 guests (and a small child). There are no pets allowed in the unit. There is a washer/dryer on premise and ample parking. The space The space you will be staying in is very comfortable with multiple seating areas situated around the apartment. The focal point is the large sofa in the living room. From there you can watch TV or play any of the boardgames I have available. The bedroom has a queen sized bed with a closet to hang your belongings along with a dresser and two side tables. You will be provided with toiletries and towels in the bathroom. The kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans and eatery. Please do not hesitate to reach out with more questions. Guest access You will be given a door code for entry into the building. My unit is located on the 2nd floor (there are only two floors). Noise should be kept to a minimum as there is another tenant next door. Other things to note This unit is only available for 2 weeks at a time. If you would like to stay longer, please confer with me and I will let you know if it is possible. Also, while pets are generally not allowed, I'm willing to consider it on a case-by-case basis.
