Please see our house rules for additional details before arrival. ❄️ Air Conditioning: During the summer months, AC units cannot be set below 70°F. Setting them lower may cause the system to freeze and stop working—thank you for helping us keep it running smoothly! 💦 Pools: Community pools are typically heated to around 82°F from October/November through April (exact dates vary depending on weather each season). 🍋 Citrus Season: From December through April, the common areas come alive with ripe citrus trees—guests often enjoy fresh lemons, grapefruits, and oranges right off the branch. 🌱 Overseeding Season: Each September, the grass around the condos and golf course goes dormant and is reseeded in October.
